During the first session you will learn about hypnosis and take the time to feel comfortable with it.  Together, we will design your goals and suggestions.  This includes a lesson in self-hypnosis so that you can continue the benefits at home.  You will be led into a gentle relaxation in which you will be totally aware of everything that is going on.  The first session lasts one and a half hours and leaves you feeling energised, relaxed and very comfortable with your new goals.
